All delivered goods require inspection, as couriers are obligated to wait while you inspect your purchase. If they do not wait, please accept and simply sign as ‘Damaged’.
In the unlikely event that you do wish to return your goods, please read the following guidelines below to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You must notify us by post or email within 72 hours from the day of delivery if you wish to return the goods.
Please allow up to 15 days for delivery on all Sherborne chairs, 20 days for delivery on all beds and 7-10 days for delivery on Pride chairs.
Please Note: We recommend you keep the original packing/boxes that your chair arrived in for at least the specified 7 days return period. We cannot accept a return, if the chair is not safely and securely packaged.
